Whether you want to progress your career, become more confident as a leader, handle a difficult situation or simply work out what comes next, coaching gives you dedicated time to think it through with someone outside your organisation.
Alongside my leadership career, I have coached extensively in the not-for-profit sector and have published research on coaching in the workplace. I am also continuing my professional development in coaching psychology.
